“I selected Ocean Break Rye for a recent vacation and simply loved to be there!!! I have a family of 5 and wanted a place that’s nice, quiet and most importantly… has enough space so the kids can do their own thing and have fun. The location is excellent, as it’s off a side street and very private, yet it’s still close to pretty much everything in Rye (there’s also a decent local cafe just around the corner). The accomodation itself is immaculately presented, with comfortable rooms for all — there is a pool table, large living room and easy seating for meals, both indoors and outdoors. The kids had a good kick of the ball in the yard, whist we comfortably sit inside and watched them whilst having a wine. We really loved it and happy to give five stars as it’s well deserved..”

“We booked Ocean Break Rye for a recent holiday for 2 families (4 adults + 4 kids). We found the home to be very welcoming, comfortable, spacious, stylish and super clean. With plenty of space in the backyard for the kids to run around, we could keep an eye on them from all living/rumpus areas of the house. The location of this holiday home is perfect – literally walking distance to Rye back beach, café’s ect. With amazing golf courses and the Peninsula Hot Springs only 2 minutes’ drive away, there were plenty of options for us adults when we needed some RnR away from the kids. We give this lovely home 5 stars and will definitely keeping an eye on it’s availability for our next family holiday..”
